Try using mustard instead of mayo. Even if you love mayonnaise, remember that it has a lot of fat and calories. Use mustard on your next sandwich to reduce the calorie count. You can further reduce the calorie content of your diet by cutting mayonnaise out of your other dishes, too.

After you put your dinner on your plate, put all the rest of the food away so you are not tempted to have seconds. If there is only you or you and one other person, this is a lot easier to do.
